An apartment just a few metres from the beach, with direct access to the sand. Its prime location, with the Lagoa boardwalk right in front, makes it the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, and a second bedroom with a double bed and a separate full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, hob, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals in comfort. The spacious, bright living room has a smart TV and free Wi-Fi, and opens onto the balcony where you can relax. (No pool view.) Guests can use all the condominium facilities, including an outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, a spa with sauna and Turkish bath, massages (at an extra charge), a gym, and a garden with mini golf and a children’s playground. All these facilities are run directly by the condominium and may be closed for maintenance without prior notice. The apartment’s management is not responsible for any temporary unavailability of facilities run by the condominium. The apartment also has air conditioning and private parking. The building has a lift for added convenience. Beyond the garden and the condominium facilities, the area offers a walking trail over Lagoa dos Salgados, a lovely spot for a morning stroll, as well as several restaurants and bars nearby and even a small supermarket on the same street, which makes grocery shopping easy. Ride-hailing services such as Uber and Bolt are also available in the area.
